Action RPG with lots of 'what should the crap' moments

Why I give this game a 2 star? Well, I've played through the game and was then too many places quite disappointed with the poor implementation of.

Slightly positive:

+ The engine though is not quite up to date, but still in the context of what can be described as 'ok'. Sound and music have indeed taken care not for goose bumps, but were overall consistency.

+ The story is ok, the dialogues are - at least in German - not always particularly atmospheric synchronized, but it remains within the framework of what is tolerable. The attendants could have spendieren however already 2-3 lines more text, to make them seem a bit 'lively', because after the tenth address it will eventually dull when the companion one says again that he is a life time has ...

- The interface could have been much better designed. The Wheel has indeed begun to take in almost all games foot, but why has it the players only 4 visible abilities / items, while you can assign hotkeys significantly more in the Wheel? The game does not provide 100+ hours of play, therefore I have no interest in key assignments to memorize.

- The world is held with its relatively small areas and countries schlauchartigem building unfortunately very linear. Only rarely arise once alternative ways that you can use to get to its destination. A little more 'open world' would at one or other point very well done stake.

- The game takes players from the many automatic run of cutscenes decisions that you would like to hit myself, or not. I remember because of the good system of Mass Effect where you could make a decision at the right time in the sequences with a mouse click. So something like that would have given this game very well done.

- The fight scenes are totally inappropriate in most cases. If I just have worked with my daggers and done a Boss 5 minutes, then I want to see no sequence in which I have a 'Final Blow' doing the two-handed sword. Honestly, the game has exactly two weapons styles plus a bit of fire magic, as you may well expect that the manufacturer makes the effort and created sequences for the two fighting styles.

- The attendants are mostly quite useless, at least if you let them decide how to fight. As a rule, they then fall before you even halfway causes damage to an enemy group with bosses it's even worse. So here is next Dodge, Block, healing potions, attacking constantly challenged micromanagement of companions what yet extremely compromised the fight river.

- The character evolves not match the game progress. Start with 100 lives and if you fight for victory (Level 25) with a 10 minute fight 120-130 tried to survive, in which one can not afford to 2 wins in a row, without casting a healing potion, then that's no longer a challenge, but extremely lousy game design. Because then you can only be happy if you have enough material here to provide his armor in the middle of the final battle with new bases.

- The combat system has very many shortcomings:
-> 'Lure' without an enemy, shoot or you often conjures up this weekend and if you attracted the enemy, the camera work is nevertheless often more hindrance than help.
-> The evasive and Parriersystem requires extremely good timing, initially you have to meet the time frame of less than 1 sec to perform a counterattack and later one often has the problem that you 'by dying' due to the different opponents first need to find out when is the attack in which 'now counter / block' time has come. Especially with the different surface attack that is often due to the animations quite annoying. Unfortunately, one has to rely on the system, because as already mentioned, the hero's own ne chicken breast, while you have to chop always thicker at the NPCs live buffer down.
-> The fight against groups of enemies is more annoying than exciting, as a rule, as one goes after a short time to 'I'm running in circles' tactics, because you would only seals in the melee against 3 opponents anyway on the ground.

Due to the many - for me - negative points the game has to top it all no 'replayability' because I've played it already the first time on the Buffalo level (3/4). The stage 'Captain' will probably differ only in that the opponents have more life and hew even stronger. And the endings are now not as the screamer that I would therefore retry to keep my humanity in a second round. Thus, for me rather than flop top.
