With us since 1 month in small home office on a daily basis. There are about 200 pages printed per month (on 90 g / m² paper) and about 10 pages scanned (all pages of text). This makes the Brother MFC-7360N everything to our satisfaction. He does not care if he gets his print or scan jobs from Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7 or Windows XP or Windows 7 computers; the Brother software is understood by all. The ADF works very well, even with multi-folded pages and delivers its scans in neat results. The print is totally in text pages in order; other printers deliver certainly sharper results but for normal use, it is sufficient all requirements. Similarly, copies of the instrument are absolutely fine. The fax feature we have not used. As usual, unfortunately, the printer is supplied with only a partially filled cartridge. Very pleasant is the silence of the device when it is in stand-by - the HP color laser printer, which is next to it, always humming to himself, from Brother you can hear nothing. It's not our first Brother machine and will not be the Last.
Delivery was as always very fast at Amazon.
*** Addendum dated 24.12.2012 *** As was to be expected in a short time the toner empty. The Original Brother Toner (!) Is not recognized by the printer (permanent error) prints but still, albeit significantly worse. Email requests at Brother were not answered. Calling the Support hotline: "Yes we know that ... is the art ..." Does it get?!? My rating was changed from full 5 stars to 2 stars because the scans are really good and the document feeder works clean. Nevertheless, I'll replace this case at the earliest opportunity and make a big circle around this brand despite many years of good experience with Brother devices!
*** Addendum dated 14.02.2013 *** After further consultation with the toner supplier of new Toner (TN-2220) was exchanged and behold: It was all the toner. Annoying so what ... the rating is set high again on 4 points. One point deduction for the Brother Support.
