After back and forth a long search and much I decided finally for this device as my first smart TV. I was, however, already extremely familiar with the subject and knew what to expect.
For device itself is satisfied that the process is absolutely top. Gaps are in order, the Stand is very hard and offers the device a good grip - the installation was a breeze. Once installed it is first speechless, because the optics is simply gorgeous.
Now turned on the TV and using the Guides neat-looking everything up and wanted transmitter - everything went without problems. By tuning I studied later, but have to say that I can not understand the whining of the other right here. One simply selects his first Favourite stations and these know you after a place to. These were once about 30 minutes effort and finished the paint.
However, I use the TV primarily by Chromecast and my PC via HDMI. Goes both smoothly.
From the sound I've been taking very positive .... clear, a plant comes someday but for me is the sound completely in order.
The image quality is as already confirmed many other reviews, absolutely superb! Even SD channels look fabulous, HD anyway, .mkv from PC really cool .... and proper Bluray I could not even enjoy the absence Blurayplayer.
But what I have not yet so suits on TV, is the new WebOS. It has in my view much more potential for it could run a total of some liquid (which is now not jerky bad or so) and some menus do not work thought through. I had, for example, connected my USB-film plate and found it horrible to use. The folder tree view was very confusing and far from intuitive. That being said, I am very satisfied.
He gets me 5 stars, I wish nonetheless, the LG still nachbessert to the software.

Yesterday, the LG software updated to version 4.30.09.
The update brings a number of improvements with it:
- Channel list to USB ---> Chansort (!)! (No longer necessary Hotel mode)
- Again smoother operation
- Screen Display Settings Help
- Redesigned user interface
- SmartShare revised
Conclusion: The software has been improved precisely to the weaknesses. I'm very satisfied!
