Unfortunately, the start of the Uniclass switch proved despite the accompanying setup instructions hakelig something, so I initially had the impression to be back ended up with an unusable for my purposes Switch. After the initial excitement had subsided, but it turned out that the switch works reasonably tidy.
I switch between a Macbook with MacOS and a PC running Windows 7. Connected to the switch are the Apple USB keyboard and the USB hub on which stuck the Unifying receiver for Logitech Trackball and wired Razer mouse. The change in direction MacOS always works without a waiting period. Toward Windows, it can take up to one minute after the switch until all devices are detected again on the USB bus. As I switch only once or twice a day, that's not a huge problem, but I would imagine that the waiting time in other applications, is disturbing.
I'm sure it's due to system USB that functionality and reliability hang back behind the heavy metal KVM Switches the VGA and PS / 2-time. I give it 5 stars because of this switch seems to make the most of the circumstances.
