The device funtioniert properly, but it was delivered without a German manual. The instructions in German was sent to me as a pdf file only on demand via mail. A hard copy did not come to me, so I had to print the PDF file itself (cost !!).

I would recommend this device as supplied, only users from GB, NL, FR and DA recommend that only suitable for the German market.
