Meanwhile, it is not only important to have a decent sound system for your TV. Even PC - games support increasingly 5.1 Surround Sound. For me as a PC - player of course one reason zuzulegen a corresponding plant. That's why I decided actually quite spontaneously for the Logitech X-530. What I think about the system, learn it in my review.

Construction / Installation

Packaged was all this stuff in a large cardboard box (~ 50x50x70cm). This in turn was a superset of styrofoam, as much as if it were an exercise bike packed (exaggerate sometimes you have to;)), but good, we have trash cans, which are large enough.
Putting up was fairly easy with the instructions. After positioning the speakers, you can connect the subwoofer to the corresponding terminals marked with color RCA cables back. Design / Quality

The boxes are painted in black color. The membranes of the boxes are silver with a black ring. Service

The operation is quite simple. At the front right speaker you can turn on the system and adjust the volume on the controller. It is also possible to connect to this speaker also headphones.

Sound

The sound of the speakers is really great. Those things are with me every day in use and had to endure quite a bit (the neighbor had already complained: D). The bass is also good, although I'd rather have more bass), the same can also be reached by adjusting properly the SRS effects in Windows Media Player. (Well, my mother is likely at some point so sue Microsoft and Logitech, together: D)
Sometimes the boxes crack a bit, which is not too bad but. Also, I sometimes receive a variety of radio programs xD (but only at low volume. Solution: turn volume up and if I have to quietly turn the volume control.

What I like less, is how to handle the volume. Instead of a separate regulator, taking the provision was in the pits even before and also the headphone jack located on a speaker. This solution is simply cumbersome and somewhat ill-conceived, even if you get used to it over time.

Conclusion / Tips

Overall, the Logitech X-530, which I expected in advance of them deliver. The sonic performance is not earth-shattering, to use for average claims but quite. The processing has succeeded, although some details 'about the volume control' better could have been solved. So for the low price you get a good quality product in mid sector. It Is just do not expect a sound system for 70, which is comparable with BOSE). Oh, and you can also easily use the part with 2 boxes for the MP3 player / Discman if you eg in holiday travels etc. Overall, my system 3 of 5 stars worth.
