Positives:
+ Seamless linkage of the overall story of the ACR
Digress + guided storyline, but freedom of
+ Critical and well-researched examination of American history at a partly fictional story
+ Appealing graphics and vibrant game world
+ With two major cities and a huge, active "wilderness" incl. The lake an inexhaustible acting Terrain
+ Improved combat system and new weapons
+ No more healing potions; you have to be more careful with the health of the hero
+ Anvil NextEngine irritates the PS3 good (for the first time large-scale battles in AC) from
+ Great surround sound
+ 3D Support at will, but without spectacular popouts etc.
. + Sequences (very) challenging if you side missions including expounds on 100% synchro; playable but also in one fell swoop
+ Great story development to the main character (in some cases with restrictions below)
+ Better economy system having an impact on developments, strengths ...
+ It may again be ridden and you fight for the first time and at sea (welcome change)
+ Better fast travel system
+ Countless jobs not only contain the sequences representing even after the game challenges (go this time on the pure collecting addition)
+ Aufgeborter Multiplayer for the long-term fun for example through events (some with restrictions below)
Negatives:
-The Game is also after the release of patch still badly buggy; This disrupts not only visually, but can be a real problem at the 100% synchro
-German lip sync deficient or partly no lip movements in spoken sentences
-the story really takes only from sequence 4 to gain momentum and is late challenging; Main character a little late at the start (but partly also important for the plot)
-something over mighty hero, but one can itself increase the difficulty (eg only chews loose Kills or only melee weapons)
-The atmosphere I miss something, especially Masyaf, Jerusalem, Akbar, Damascus, Rome, Florence, Istanbul = Konstantin Opel = Byzantium have something particularly romantic historical; This affects even when the sounds and the music (the history of Europe and Asia is halt ne quite different from that of the USA)
Effects partially too loud so that the dialogues barely be understood (but adjustable) => but could be better coordinated
-The tutorials fall in parts too short of (martial arts), others are a bit long-winded
-The Multiplayer was not really developed, but only drilled a little and is highly overloaded; next Wolfpack no real co-op mode (as it did "alliance" in AC: B) is present; too many matching items that nothing really suck (we are about in a girls fashion game ?!); Matchmaking is taking too long and in my opinion, statistics in detail
- Erudito Points in MP (except to make an attempt of money, I know not the meaning)
--Versions And DLC policy of Ubisoft grossly exaggerated (the PS3ler can but with the Benedict Arnold DLC still lucky); one has to get the feel for release at any version no complete game (here offers the Freedom Edition on PS3 base the best value for money, as well as longest playing time)
Conclusion: The game remains the bottom line is a must-have for any fan of the series and it is beyond many doubts and criticisms. Whether and how to support the money printing intention of Ubisoft (s. Season Pass) can each decide for themselves and either way gets an entertaining third part of the series.
I must also wonder whether it is the turn around and continue with Desmond at all necessary. Ubisoft will certainly do so and press the emergency stop something else out of your mind, so that the cash cow could be milked.
However, this is always a bit tricky. I'm inclined to think to stop when it is most beautiful and magnificent to remain in good memory. But where concepts are scarce, rather the horse will probably totgeritten ... "Nothing is true, everything is permitted" :)
