All in all for me the best neck pillow! Update 2015 ...

I have for years neck problems (tension), sometimes more, sometimes less.
In that time I have tried a few neck pillow, including very expensive pillow as Tempur or Sissel.
Of course there is no question that a pillow can affect the neck problems.
Unfortunately, I have never found a pillow that has helped me very good.

So I was very skeptical even when the water cushion, got it but then, also due to the moderate price, ordered.

For the first night I poured 3.5 liters.
So that I could not fall asleep (it was a bit too little) and have reused my old pillows.

For the second night I gave more to 1 liter, which has then felt much better.

I have the next few days slept very well and my tensions have become immediately better.

Since the pillow felt softer after a few days, I have given a pint of water.
I should not have done, my neck was then worse again.

The pad reacts above a certain capacity much more sensitive to additional filling, or feels different.
So I let out the pint again and stayed with the 4,5-liter capacity.

My sleep quality has increased significantly and my neck tension are better than any other pillow that I had before.

A pillowcase but you should necessarily to buy.

Conclusion:

The water pillow really works.
One must have tried to get it to believe himself.
My wife I have the pillow also ordered.

Addition:

Infinity durable water pillow is not.
Of course it is absolutely tight but comfortable deck features allow for something, because the pillow after months of lying position "adapts".
In addition during the summer, that very little breathability is available through the plastic core - you sweat but very neck, more than other pillows.
Nevertheless, it is for me still the best neck pillow, so I ordered it to me again and I will order me again and again!

Update 1/24/2015:

After my last Mediflow water cushion (Purchase Date Aug 2013) after some 15 months rather worn was (Liege properties) but I wanted to try another cushion.
I myself bought supposedly good, viscoelastic HWS pillows.
That was not bad but just not as good as my "old" water pillow.
So I borrowed again Mediflow ordered (Jan 2015).

The direct change was a blessing!

I have it filled with 4.0 liters of water and immediately slept fantastically again on the first night.
My wife also confirmed the difference "You no longer wake me up at night so often because you are sleeping a lot calmer ...".

The Mediflow is and remains for me the best pillow !!!
