Big surprise: Same name, different form. This here is not charging as much like its predecessor, but it is deeper. So if you want to replace a Renova No.1, a new column or pedestal must take the same fits to when it should look the same again. Since my "column" is made of wood, but I could adapt. The wall mounts I could take over from the predecessor.
The shape of the Renova like it even better than its predecessor. It is harmonious and acts still relatively petite despite its 60cm. The KeraTect surface is easy to clean, but you should not expect lotus effect. Toothpaste and lime / soap deposits must be removed conventionally as before.
The rather high price I paid in the hope that the KeraTect coating may prevent crazing in the near future. If this is not the case, I will report at this point.
So far, I am in any case delighted with the beautiful new basin and can really recommend buying.
