At last I have found the right slice of potato pancakes.
The potatoes are grated almost as if by hand, only a few "remnants" or "pieces" remain which does not reach the knife. That's when the food processor, however all rubbing usual. This loss is worth it uninjured fingers !!
Therefore 4 stars !!
