Already a reference

Addict to mixology for some time, I had the pleasure of discovering this book in French after devouring the great Anglo-Saxon references.
Each page details the history of the perfectly chosen cocktail, its evolution and the different versions that have led to its current composition, with bias perfectly justified on the recipe chosen by the author (an excellent example of The Rose).
One might regret very light finishing the book, some shells and a title page too close a website (too) known for its lack of quality, but the price remains the book ESSENTIAL.
