In previous reviews everything was actually already said - price is great, how long the battery will last you have to see. Keyword battery: the tray is somewhat tricky to open, especially the first time if there is a film in between, so that the battery is not in contact.
Without the camera and touching Instant tripping is great indeed goes on newer Sony also via app (iPhone & Android), but only in automatic mode. Who wants so "seriously remote trigger" can not do anything with the app.

So and now the most important thing is even in the title: the remote control works with the Sony A77 II, both direct trigger and the 2 second timer.
