My fitness program, I take it regularly with about 5-10 minutes Blackroll exercises. Since then I have no more muscle tension and have learned to breathe properly. My quality of life has absolutely improved. The application of Blackroll and accessories is easy to carry out although somewhat painful. There must by anyone! Even on holiday you should not do without the massage, because the balls are very light and fit in any luggage.
