an album that reveals the voice of Sia

The latest album of singer Sia Furler is a jewel, a pearl and dare I even say a masterpiece! I already knew Sia with his two previous solo albums, which were both very marked by the style trip hop and on which she walked around her voice rather soft and sweet.

But this new album shows a whole different side of the singer's voice and it is more than impressive! Sia has a voice remarkably well controlled, we find his famous voice to it borrows so singular in parallel cultivating this aspect "raw" and his voice raw. The instrumentations are much more acoustic and authentic with a very large assortment of instruments: bowed strings, piano, guitar, brass and so on, which put incredibly well worth Sia's voice! This album reveals a confirmed Sia and strong, with texts of great quality and with touches of humor as in his song Playground "I do not wanna grow, bring me all the toys you can find" ("I do not want not grow, gives me all the toys you can find "). It was also right to stakeholder songs of great grace as Soon We'll Be Found or Day Too Soon ...

I recommend this album to which admittedly probably lost much of its spirit trip hop but gives room for extremely simple and indisputable elegance, where one discovers a talented singer who can touch you with his words and his voice ...
