Thich Nhat Hanh offers this book with an explanation of hundred stanzas of the Buddhist enlightenment. As usual the author makes available and transforms what appears to be a complex set of simple and similar images.
Very clearly, this book should NOT be your first reading about Buddhism or in the work of Thich Nhat Hanh. Instead, start with "Wrath", "There is neither fear nor death" or "Fear". It is an inspiration to complete the track and difficult first step.
