One of the authors is a scientist Chip Heat, professor of psychology at Stanford and it shows: the book is peppered with references and references to scientific studies, welcome and rare element in the business of books, which adds credibility to the whole and makes it easy to deepen if necessary.
At fault, I sometimes find it a bit repetitive and I think it could have been shortened a bit to better fit, but overall this is an excellent book that exposes its message clear and concrete way, illustrating the many stories that are examples and images allowing us to fully understand the concepts presented. Try it at our upcoming communications.
Strengths:
* Simple and easy to understand
* Numerous stories and examples to help us understand the concepts
* Numerous references to scientific studies
* Provides practical tools 'which the table is not the slightest' to enhance the impact and the accession of our messages
Weak points:
* A little repetitive sometimes
* Would have benefited from being a little lighter
* Editing is the same as that of these ideas that stick - why some ideas survive when others die? but with a different title, no need to buy it if you have already "These ideas that stick"
