I read this book in English. It is exciting. The authors report case numbers and experience made the theme of the will and the lessons that can be drawn .. Roy Baumeister is a psychology researcher among the most creative of the USA and his friend, John Tierney is a science journalist at the New York Times. I loved the stories of people with the will out of the ordinary, such as the explorer Stanley, or those affected by grace as the guitarist Eric Clapton, The sense of narrative is not enough to make a good book and authors illuminate these cases or experiences acquired psychology has withdrawn. For my part, I have selected two: the will is a better predictor of success and learning that the self-esteem and the will is like a muscle that must lead but also know rest. Finally, the reader will appreciate the few tips to develop his own will. I had not made a review of this book in English because others had made very good before me. I take the French translation for say enough good things about this book (which, however, I am not able to assess the quality of the translation). The effort of this editor, I do not know, deserves support.
