The book itself is a necessary reminder of these things very simple (but not simplistic): be attentive, to listen, breathe, do not get overwhelmed by emotions but accept them and contemplate them, instead of the reject. Just reading these 130 pages worth buying the book, if only for the peace and serenity that is felt after a few pages. Furthermore, in preparing the CD, practical exercises are already mentioned. It's nice to tell a child (or an adult ... or myself) to be calm, but in general, the "be calm" has the opposite effect of what is intended. Here, nothing like simple things but practical and achievable.
As for the CD, it crowns the whole. The voice of Sara Giraudeau is perfect, quiet, gentle, and low. A true voice of meditation, which captivates our attention, including that of my 2 year old. The exercises themselves are very simple, but well thought out and effective to calm down permanently. As someone who has practiced a form of meditation child, I would have loved to have similar support instead of tapes to adults who were too long and too complex! It is suitable for children, but it's nothing silly. And ... dare I say ... I often do the exercises alone, and break off peace and serenity.
