Colors in incredibly good quality, contrast and black levels as I have never seen before.
Good to see in dark shots. Here you can now countless gray-blacks as clean differ that it is really impressive.
The TV this otherwise naturally as usual has all common gadgets I do not mention, because this is standard even at "normal Full HD's". Voice Control, Smart TV Apps, recording to USB incl. Timeshift, 3D, etc.
For me, an important feature is the impeccable DLNA function. This works without any criticism.
But even without all those lovely extras in the I must also incorporate even more, this TV was alone by the significant image improvements worth the money. One can not put into words this really. I can only recommend to anyone interested in person at a store to convince. Then the decision will be much easier for a new TV.
UHD upscaling works equally well and this in each image source. The TV expects very clean each picture up to 3,840 x 2,160.
Even with SD signals, the image remains properly extrapolate after. This was in the first UHD's unfortunately not always the case. The picture was unnatural. Here presents Samsung even after upscaling an impeccable image.
True 4K image sources then let even the last doubters silenced. I use a Sony BDP S7200 Blu-ray player, and have been over looked a few 4K Blu-rays. Here the TV then shows his true skill.
Also on YouTube some videos 4K are worth seeing. Here, however, a suitable Internet connection is required.
Stuttering menu or app functions do not exist. An eight-core processor does its job without any abnormalities. This may also be due to the new operating system. Better than the old one, but even here a little need for revision.
Even though I am still with parts of the menu navigation of Samsung's at war, so I forgive the manufacturer of this small shortcoming because it is changeable with software updates.
I recommend every buyer or any of a new acquisition reflects this unit to watch.
Personally, I know the time is nothing better. Aside from major diagonals or wait another two months.
This is my personal criticism of the manufacturer. I think it is now that is the speed at which manufacturers throw kinky new models to the market. Buy TV, two months later, a successor to .... etc.
Nevertheless, I love this TV and I regret it not to have bought. I have him now 2 weeks and am completely thrilled.

Another plus I know now to estimate only the external connection box of the TV. In the beginning a little unusual, but I was not worried. Now I have, however, understood the real meaning behind it. Samsung want in the future just the way the customer have a new technology for sale in the offering only the box. The screen remains unchanged. Actually a very good idea, I think.
Note: Differences between the individual types in the product description, there is to my knowledge only on the basis of country-specific features such as Apps, PayTV etc. The pure technical characteristics are identical. Hence my review in two types: UE55JS9090 and UE55JS9000 If anyone has any other information, they can inform me happy.
Addendum dated 18.05. : So far, I could not follow suit with faster images or notice a Schliereffekt. So here also a significant improvement on the first UHDs.
