An improvement over the predecessor

I am three weeks SyncMaster P2770HD and the owner had previously a T260HD from the same manufacturer. I mention this because I am certainly not the only one who is considering such a switch. My main focus is on the monitor function, since I am an author and I spend about 14 hours a day in front of the thing.

The main reasons for my change were:
1. I was unhappy with the combination of contrast and viewing angle
2. I wanted a built-in cable tuner for HD TV (DVB-C)

Contrast:
The has improved significantly and does by default when writing on PC almost in the eyes hurt. Viewing angle:
Here was significantly reworked in comparison to its predecessor. The biggest drawback is however remained: diagonal system (keyword: watching TV in bed) dark image areas are resolved not colored, but shown as a black spot.

Mobility (turning / swiveling):

HD-TV:

On Time:
In the previous, I was often unsure whether the device has crashed (again), or simply just was not done with "waking up". This bug occurs (so far) not to, so I assume that you have corrected it. A positive feature is that the switching generally goes much faster.

Conclusion:
I would buy the device again, but I hope that I do not have that. My request to Samsung: Lie down in bed, trying to watch a movie (from below) on this monitor - now I mean not with much lighter skin ;-)
