This is a new little book that deserves our attention ... How to finally leave the "automatic pilot" who runs our lives more or less often to reconnect to itself. A benevolent book that lets you practice on a daily basis, using simple and pleasant practical exercises to gradually experience the present moment awareness. The exercise of the indoor weather and of mindful walking are particularly pleasant and efficient. One positive also: audio files are available via the Internet to experiment some exercises, including the body scan. To advise all those who feel overwhelmed in their lives, are quiet inside!
