The Anglo-Indian author had interested me and I had noticed the title of his most famous novel. The scene is in the east end of London (So much for the "suburbia" of the title) in the seventies and follows the teen heroes in the amazing adventures of an adaptation of Indian immigrants face the explosive manners of swinging London at the time. The Buddha is the father, I will say no more not to spoil your fun. You read English you like British humor, then you'll laugh
