And flavors presented are varied: from algae mushrooms, vegetables sweets, tea, beer, pasta, fish ...
Through the flavors, we discover a Japan by its culinary bases, allowing to approach a little philosophy, good manners, history as of geography and everyday Japan which avoids clichés.
My only regret:
- Address the lack of Japanese grocery stores. Several online stores are cited, they are often more expensive and adds the postage.
- Too many drinks. The "liquid flavors" (teas, sodas, various alcohols ...) represent approximately 40% of subjects. This is a personal preference, but I find the "solid" ingredients more interesting.
