This is the first science fiction book I read. I chose Asimov because it is an acknowledged master of the genre. The writing quality is good even if it is far from a Chateaubriand of the digital age. However, the story is captivating and quite confusing. It is astonishing to such imagination that managed to maintain a permanent flow of twists without ever falling into the ridiculous. I ordered volume 2.
