And again a good album

In southern rock / blues genre Blackberry Smoke seem to be such a thing as the next hot shit currently. And rightly so. The album The Whipporwill was published in our first two years late. The label Earache, which is actually more specialized in crash Maten, has here had a good ear and the album released in 2014 also with us. Now slide label and tape the next album almost a year later after and Blackberry Smoke have lost none of their freshness and fascination!

During the recordings the band Brendan O'Brien (AC / DC, Aerosmith) stood as a producer to the side and has the band conjured a nice rich and warm sound on the CD. The songwriting, the band has not changed much, and thus it remains immediately recognizable. Hardly sound the guitar, the piano and the great song from the sound transducers, thus you see the band.

Which songs should sound like when one has not yet come into contact with Blackberry Smoke?
I would recommend the hard rocking Payback's A Bitch, the anthem Woman in the Moon, the countrybeeinflußte strong Too high and the sugar Ballade No Way Back To Eden!

Great album, which operates at the same high level as its predecessor!
