I like the lighter side, the foot that fits in a magnetized housing behind the appliance.
I like less the absence of a clear indication from Philips on how to place the unit. Drawings would be yet simple and explicit, and therefore without the need for translation. No indication is given of power. After 2 emails to the service concerned, I had the answer:
Level 3:> 180 Lux at 50 cm,
Level 2: 100-140 lux at 50 cm,
Level 1: 40-60 Lux at 50 cm,
At sunrise, during caféinisation, I find that light is aggressive (lighting side up to the stomach, 50 cm). By cons, after showering, while shaving, with the camera set on the edge of the sink, it gets better (lighting from below, much more power at the navel). The light is nice. I think the most important is to find the place and the right moment to use it.
One button to turn it on and adjust the timing. If we support quickly, we can avoid taking the light in the eyes. But the intensity, we must find the button on the side to adjust each time. Too bad we can not set rigidly duration and intensity, with a starting and stopping smoothly. Areas for improvement.
I wish the power cord is a simple decision, with a transformer in the machine, as was the custom. Now all device has a plug with its transformer. The lamp has no battery, so it is useless to deport weight.
4 stars, to have time to confirm the usefulness of the lamp.
-edit: When the fall rears its nose, I come on for the winter season. J4Y have therefore taken taste, guarantee he avoids me to revise the nooses difficult seasonal period ^ _ ^
When the transformer on the plug, I confirm that it is not practical.
