Let us remember times barely 2 years back. It was the end of April, GTA IV was released after miserably long wait. The Blu-ray loaded with trembling hands, and then went off, the ultimate GTA waited ... theoretically. Like some others, I saw in GTA IV only an optical progress, playfully not only a step backwards was made because that several were loose. The problem with it was not even the comparatively small game world of Liberty City, the problem was that you could make almost anything konnte.Ein in Liberty City few months later, the game was played by ('m not the fastest) and the question suggested itself: What now? In San Andreas, I was very enthusiastic about the endless possibilities for 2 years after the publication, is utterly pointless to deal with GTA IV was after 2 days, a few sprees in the beer garden and a two darts or billiards not so funny. Nothing more to do. The finding: In Liberty City what's going on, Liberty City looks great, but: In Liberty City can not do anything. Where were taxi / police / fire missions? Where were funny gadgets like the glorious Jetpack from SA? Why could not I buy more buildings than ever in San Andreas and Vice City? Where were all the mindless, but incredibly funny stuff like autotuning or race? Only once a small sample of questions that I was aufdrÀngten.Da Rockstar, with regard to the new seriousness of GTA, clearly for miles overshot. Now I have since Friday the Episodes from Liberty City, The Ballad of Gay Tony also almost played out, and can say: Why you had to wait for one more or less-Addon, at least to some extent have many opportunities to pass the time in Liberty City ? Gay Tony is really a great game (I call it now just so), which includes everything you would expect from a typical GTA, the figures are twisted genius, there is finally new addition to pursuits like base jumping, a kind of "Triathlon" and Disco management. And f *** the cat, there is again backpack bombs, Molotov cocktails and other fancy Waffen.Halleluja! In addition, graphics and performance were slightly revamped (although the Rage engine's age certainly notes) and also the vehicles control less spongy, but never was for me a big criticism of the game, I was probably the exception. The story is also cleverly made and you meet all sorts of people from the main game in history from a completely different perspective on what turns out to be quite humorous. So what remains to be noted? The Holy GTA Grail is certainly not retrieved with Gay Toni, but one is still too limited in its actions, though the addons (I just speak once for TLATD with) a huge improvement over the main game and hopefully some sort of guide for the future, because as a dry GTA IV as number I would not like to experience again.
