And these new themes are now one of STAR WARS as the Amen in the church. For example, the "Imperial March" or Darth Vader's Theme. Everyone knows this grandiose march! Everyone associated him with Darth Vader. Almost no other villain ever got such a striking musical motif. Then we hear for the first time the Yoda Theme. It underlines its very peaceful sounds the equally peaceful and wise character of Jedimeisters. Finally, the Love Theme of Han Solo and Leia Organa is yet introduced, the second best Love Theme (according Across the Stars).
On these 2 CDs you just get offered only gigantic-bombastic music. Even right at the start of the inclined listener is drawn into the massive Battle of Hoth. A very epic battle number, which again considerably bulkier comes as even before the Death Star battle. Many smaller motifs inspire during the 2 hours of your, such as the piece "Mynock Cave" or the theme for Cloud City Bespin. Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet on here to the point and ends in a dramatic climax. The last 4 tracks are a blast and are among the best of the whole series! (Especially "The Clash of Lightsabers" is a mosaic in terms of Star Wars music and is also in Revenge of the Sith alluded again)
Conclusion:
John Williams makes all before as we have to get it right! He is one of those which HAT lasting impression on the world of film music and also the Star Wars franchise! He does not only for others but also for yourself the bar pretty high and screwed the expectations of his fans constantly immeasurably! And I know so far no work by him which I did not like at least at the outset. Fans have the part already standing safely either in this release or in another appearance at his home on the shelf. All other is definitely recommended this masterpiece! Who also is on trinkets should look out for the RCA-Victor-Edition. This includes a much nicer and more informative booklet!
