Arrrrr .... That what I call fun pirate music!

So, but once a huge praise on Amazon: I got me for the first time in my life an album as MP3 download purchased. Had always what to put against the DRM protection that other download portals on the purchased items. All these limitations I find frankly crap, because bought is bought! Why should I not burn a write and listen to in the car? As I have now learned that there is no DRM protection from Amazon I equal losgelegt ... for this free MP3 Nutzmöglichkeiten to Amazon deserves a 1+ and so I'm going to use their offer even more often!

And now to Mr. Hurley & its Powder Monkeys!
I have become aware of the powder monkeys, as I saw on Gisbert Hillers Spectaculum hompeage the many new bands have been booked for the festival. So until then I knew the powder monkeys do not ... so I consulted on YouTube and all the songs that are present on this album. After that it was clear that this album may not be missing in my collection!

My favorite songs on the album: "hostage to the sea", "Plank dance" (Because you just can not sit still and of course shake a woman be "quarterdeck" :-)! ), "Kiss me, I have scurvy" (Funny text, packed in long-known Melodey), "Blue like the sea" and "ships, treasures, sluts, brandy".
Where also the other songs as I know already from other bands from the medieval division "Whiskey in the Jarrrr" or even "The Leaving of Liverpool" excellent fallen!
Lyrically seen the guys have delivered a mature performance, which can be admired for example in such songs as "Cutthroat Island" or "to careless Goldfasan". That leaves each pirate's heart beat faster, and just fun while listening.

I'm going in July at MPS in Karlsruhe the boys of Mr. Hurley & can enjoy the powder monkeys live and until then I will recommend this album quite often hear .....

Arrrr .... therefore necessarily buy! ;-)
