The seller contacted me today to tell me that it is possibly willing to pay me and send me the postage of returning the product at its expense. He tells me that he is sorry for not having read my emails cancellation in time ...

I return to my former statements and certify that the seller is very serious and unfortunately did not have time to send in a quit my worries quickly ship my product to satisfy the customer / satisfy me.
Regarding the quality of the article, it turns out that I did not follow the manufacturer's instructions for washing and therefore my article crashed through my own fault! The seller agrees to take CDaffaire however my article and to return me a new one and all for free !!! It is pro knowing that I am in the most complete error.
I take my hat off although the seller / shipper and apologize for the inconvenience / my old about.
So I transformed my 2 stars out of 4 stars because the seller gets my article / free exchange me when I'm wrong. It's more than professional ... Respect!

Finally! After 1 month (date of my first order) I just received the exchanged product (no refund). Anyway, my final grade will be 6/10 (3 *). It is a product that we buy for the nice drawing / modest price more than for the quality of cotton and seams.
I just regret not having been listened from the start to the cancellation and non-consideration of my application for reimbursement by the seller. It should be said that the seller agreed to turn around a new product (a little long) for free. A final 8/10 (4 *) for the seller (free exchange to congratulate but not canceled to / not to the final payment).
