Since I have also worked with the more expensive models in the EOS series, I have already noticed some differences, but which have no far-reaching significance for the ambitious amateur photographers. For example, the continuous shooting are considerably slower than for example in the EOS 60D - to have to also take into account the difference in price.
An otherwise the camera of the ways the speed and the color fidelity of the image chip is absolutely sufficient. What is important still, the cameras are often offered as a kit with one or two lenses. These are often of poor quality - even if you are from Canon. When purchasing, you should make sure that the lens (if it is a Canon lens) the designation IS carries (eg EF-S IS II xx.xx), these lenses have a built-in image stabilization, whereas eg xx an EF-S. xx III DC lens has no image stabilization and is not offered by Canon in Germany.
