As Nackenkissen me is this 2-in-1 pad a little too hard. As a cushion, I think it's ok The cover is soft. The conversion from the neck pillow to cushion is easy. The cushion is very well made. Point deduction, there is because of the strong chemical odor and somewhat uncomfortable hardness of the cushion.
