I have already made, but who do not really like the fresh taste. Then I discovered here these parts ready to bake and thought to myself, the isses. So I bought it and tried immediately. I have to just heated canola oil in a small pan and the plates done separately in. Initially the oil was still too hot and they have become light brown (taste but still good). Then I let it cool a little oil and they were perfectly white, as they are known. It's incredibly fast and you can - even if you do all individually - very quickly get a large bowl full finished. The price is of course unbeatable when you consider what you paid for in full at a Chinese restaurant for a bag. Interested hardly goes. And particularly a lot of fat they do not take on too. I have taken them with a tongs from the fat, the oil above the pot a little shaken and the Kroepock then placed on a paper towel. And right next to the oil ... and so on. Go totally fix, as you can see in the video yes :)
