Last week I saw for the first time some of Pankomehl the TV - in the NDR from the best chef Mr Sass - and I always like to try something, have read all the reviews on Amazon and then ordered directly. It has been delivered super fast and today it came directly into the pan ..... namely as ham pancakes. In the Pfannekuchenteig I have a half flour and half taken Pankmehl - eggs and milk as usual. Then I put two slices of Black Forest ham in the slightly oiled pan - covered with the dough and then I saw already how the dough inflated properly fluffy - after turning the pan cake saw the ham side really crispy - and it tasted wonderful. Now I still want to change a lot more recipes .... first one over a hundred years old cheesecake recipe from my grandmother.
