It is with grief that we found less than 1 month after purchase, the Powerball was blocked: wire entered the central axis and impossible to remove. As stated on the Amazon site, I first contacted the company whose address is listed on the small accompanying CD. The same day, I had an answer: I could return the PB ... in Ireland! Including postage in my care ... I went to the Post Office to assess the cost: 8 without either postal tracking (dangerous!) And + 30 with follow !!! (We are Belgian but in France it must be of the same order, I guess.) So I contact Amazon by filling doc. online, like I wanted to replace it and explaining (in - 200 characters) my problem. I also had a very nice quick email from Amazon: a new PB was sent to me the same day. I just had to print the prepaid label and return the old! Everything was settled in less than 4 days!

I hope that if the problem arose after 1 month, it would happen as well. But already, this is nice!
