Attention incomplete description

Having struggled without success, I contacted the manufacturer who explained that this decoder can not operate with a double parabolic head. That appears nowhere in the description of the seller.
The remote control malfunctioning, that too is a serious downside.
Command reimbursed by the seller.

Update comment on 02/13/14:
I do not recommend this product if you have a dual head parable; if you have 2 TV and 2 decoder on a single dish. It would not hurt that the product description is updated.

Note that this decoder is sold under various brands, same apparatus (colors may vary) and even remote control. It is found elsewhere sold by Amazon under another brand.
