I have now installed two of these parts and for about a year in operation, and no problems. If you use the right LED stripe in the variant RGBW, the controller is working properly.
The ports are marked by color and the current is Power + and - off. Interestingly, the cable colors were reversed in my LED stripe. So you had a little careful when reconnecting. But only at the margins.
On the remote control can be set using the color wheel by touch the color or just white. This works with some sensitivity properly. Here the colors of the RGB LED's and if desired additionally combined with the white LEDs. Even different brightnesses of white and RGB are available. This thousands of color variations arise.
The two keys on the left are for the brightness (B stands for Bright). The two buttons in the middle are for the speed of playable programs (S = speed) and on the right, the color mode and a flashing program are selected (M = mode). About the color wheel is a on / off switch.
The controller can hide, so without a view of the FB transmission is installed as works by radio. If the controller is disconnected from the power, for example via an additional switch, he remembers the date. It remains the color, the program, the brightness, etc. as active when you switch.
All in all a really properly operating system at an unbeatable price.
