My Headset`s date were as follows:
1.) Typhoon MIC Acoustic Bass Vibration PC Stereo Headset

3.) Roccat Kave 5.1 (titled with a real 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound)
4.) Sennheiser PC 323D Gaming Headset 7.1 (currently)
The Delivery:
After delivering my old Roccat Kave 5.1 for broken bracket on the right ear, I decided to buy a new HS since then too hard was my Roccat on the head, causing headaches from time to time. As usual, there was a rapid response from Amazon .... because you can never really complain if at Amazon it is right in the camp, the things go out immediately!
Packing:
The packaging is very high quality and safe. Perfect fit the Sennheiser is located in a perfectly-fitting plastic sheath click apart the two parts. The cables are inserted into appropriate cutouts. Top, as even the postman can throw back and forth as he likes, breaks down here nicht`s certainly.
The installation:
The HS is connected only to a USB port, plug in and you're done! The supplied driver is loaded and installed automatically. You can make any other settings.
The PC settings & Integrated Sound Card:
The settings on the PC are unfortunately very limited and you would want more discretion in the treble, bass and bass to have in order to adjust it to their own wishes. Of course there were also people who had here a real 7.1 sound expected (funny that some people really expect this), each should be clear that it can only be a dream, and is not to meet, because that has been criticized. One can not 7.1 living room system with amplifier a Sennheiser oppose 7.1 headset. Even the Roccat Kave 5.1 sounds great at but only because it is extremely bassy and the moment of the explosions and everything else goes to raves about the bass.
The Cable:
A relatively long cable of 2 meters is available + USB extension cable of 1.50 meters for the sound card, perfectly adequate in my opinion. The thin and fine cable was often criticized with regard to. A cable break and the vulnerability as it is kept very thin. Logically, it tears at no cables, neither on TV nor the radio still on cell phone charging cable and of course, not even on a HS. Comfort:
The HS is much lighter than other HS that's for sure! A very light and comfortable to wear is definitely noticeable, especially if you previously had a Roccat Kave 5.1 on the head. Some people thought that the earpieces of the Sennheiser too small would be because they had too big ears, for us readers always something difficult to judge who has big ears and who is not, as one people known not knows nor sees. My ears should now not be much larger, since all would press too much, but everyone needs to test and try for yourself depending on your preference. It is super light with 230 grams! I've also been getting caught as I gently massaged behind my ears after two hours. But I think that's normal when you sit a bit then your ears have to stop to be massaged briefly, which is normal, since they also are usually free and it is unfamiliar. The pads are kept extremely soft both around the ears and on the headband. The HS make a very strong impression even though it is made of plastic. It has an open design. When an HS encases the ear completely, it means that it is a closed structure, actually encases the Sennheiser and the ears but by the have integrated itself vents the ear cups, it is an open construction again. I have this open design presented well to my wife or my son to hear better even if I'm in the game. But this is only relatively well when the people sitting in the same room, the people should be in another room and after a call then you can not get the same with. Advantage: You do not sweat, it does not heat up and the ears are not hot.
The Sounds & listening pleasure:
Downs are definitely clean and clear, no question. The headphones proves good sound quality as known from Sennheiser provide. Opponents positioning in CSS is very good, clear & clear. It was suggested that the sound was good but overall rather powerless, everyone should buy a Sennheiser HS know that Sennheiser will not work with extremely superimposed basses but rather with balanced and clean shades. Short and sweet, the bass at Sennheiser PC 323D Gaming Headset is perfectly adequate and other sounds are not lost, here emphasis is placed on a well-balanced sound and behavior is also fulfilled. Friends have tested it with me and were of the opinion that the bass thick is sufficient. Of course I've noticed in the all first 20 minutes with the new headset differences, it is also clear if I had used a Bass-biased HS which is also not absent but you get used to really quickly to the new sound, especially because I was the clarity of the other Sounds captivated that I had namely never. I liken it to always go with any adolescents in a car over and you can not recognize the actual song because the bass is set so high that only a loud BRRRRRR burrrrr brrrrrrr runs all truck over. The microphone:
Of course, the boom arm has a great gadget integrated mute function by folding the microphone, simple, fast and convenient. The look:
The optics I find very appealing, the processing is kept in black matt style and embellished with chrome on the earcups. Although the HS is made of plastic, it is still a high quality finish. Other people talked about it that would the full plastic design look rather average and it would be cheap plastic. AHA, cheap plastic & full plastic design ?! What is cheap and what is expensive Kunsstoff Kunsstoff for us laymen? If you prefer to upgrade to a full metal construction, which would be better? The volume control:
The volume control on the right earpiece is the best I have ever experienced. People have written that they had inadvertently turned the wrong way. I have the volume first slowly rotated in one direction and then I realized where it is loud. Say, in what direction it would hurt me if I turn accidentally in the wrong direction. I'm good with it life and would not send back for such a trifle the HS. Conclusion: The annoying fumble for my volume control somewhere on the cable has an end which was always annoying. TOP thing!
Listen to music View & Movies:
See listen to music & movies works as clear as anything what I have described above, here one should not forget halt, according to taste, 2, 4, 5.1 or 7.1 to connect to and, of course, the Bass Boost to the sound card. or off.
The General Operation:
Extremely lightweight and comfortable operation, volume control on the external ear from time to time turning loud or quiet, first select the taskbar 7.1 as in my case and the Bass Boost is right whatsoever to, product ..!
Suitable for LAN Party`s?
The HS is also suitable for LAN Party`s unless in the background are some people here who would constantly talk disruptive and cause noise. But what probably everyone knows, is the one at a LAN party right in the game has no annoying people around but only the focused team, so totally ok.

The sound is okay, but not outstanding - The difference to my previous 20 Headset barely noticeable.
Conclusion: This headset meets the very high expectations that fuels it by its price. Strong buy recommendation! The (artificial) 7.1 in Game my expectations fully met, although it resonates first (if one switches to 7.1), which no longer can be heard but after 5 min. And one would never gamble again without this quality gaming headset. I will say here definitely a strong buy recommendation and everyone has to decide whether he has to big ears and how much bass they need, whether it requires a thick cable because he stumbles over it every time itself. Whether he absolutely has to adjust something on the equalizer or whether it is an all-metal construction and more expensive and high-quality plastic and preferably required. I hope here to have some well explained and understood and may have created something Correcting decision difficulties. Everyone who is unsure should be ordered and test yourself a few days. If not like you can do that again send back and you are then a little smarter in terms of this headset. In a real Dolby Surround Sound as the Roccat Kave 5.1 I would no longer fall back even though the bass was great but the weight alone nicht`s is for a longer gameplay.
