At least I would say if there would be even Acclaim! To make it short: the days of the N64, a company had called Acclaim a game released called it himself "Extreme G". This game was, similar to F-Zero, a "Future Racer", however, have been targeted by hover companions and is switched on sleek motorcycles. This was coupled with very abstruse routes which every coaster have them look pale! The concept worked and the series quickly had their fan base. Now, after 3 parts is andwith XGRA the fourth installment of the series `s house and this time so a lot has changed. At the beginning falls to the lot on a kind of "career mode" was designed. Shaping the menus in which one contracts, etc. may result as a kind of network itself. Actually a nice thing, but now the fun listens to. It has been really placed only worth it! The 7 routes divide so on the nearly half of these can be driven in two different ways. So there's never really a lot of variety. Clearly, the design of routes ranging from "underwater" on "nuclear power plant" to "jungle", but that one over and over again driving this stretch and is then really only differ by branches in the long run simply a party pooper. Likewise, the fact that you have to significantly reduce fulfill orders which the racing pleasure. I ride Extreme G so I can feel the speed, not on which to make advertising sign XYZ destroy. Then there's the route. Here was clearly an exaggeration of curves, corkscrews and loops. If you have at least built the function as in F-Zero, one can go without this great counter-steering ... but NO! Result: Man schliddert by a gang in the next and if you times in 8th place, then the game is very little opportunity for the loss of seats again to judge. I have to be honest, I really expected me here longer. Simply remains something that does not really matter much ürbig mood Even the music not as a skin from stool and at the end. After more than successful XGIII Acclaim has gripped with XGRA significantly in`s loo. Absolutely NO buy recommendation! 2 stars gibt`s yet for the graphics and good dance music.
