So I tried it on a different support from Microsoft and which explained my problem.
This would then again, etc. to check my data relating to my university eligibility. So I again told them my data after which I then register again two days later in an e-mail a new verification code received by me on their home again.
This code was useless for two reasons, first I had in the Softwarebox already a code with which I had checked me earlier and secondly the new code had only 25 points, the verification code is required but 27!
So there was unfortunately no alternative but to call the expensive Microsoft Hotline.
The two people with whom I phoned there had no solution for my problem but chatted me only fully.
About the Hotline me a confirmation code was then communicated with whom I should obtain a Product Key immediately. This code was how the verification code earlier, also wrong. Exasperated, I ended the conversation.
On the same day I wrote a very angry and significant mail to the Microsoft support in I told them clearly, as my current situation looked and I wanted immediately to have my product key.
In response came a standard mail that told me how I could verify my product and my permission.
Now all this had not led to a reasonable result and I now already 4 weeks after the first registration still had no key, I turned in last hope to Amazon.
I explained my situation and asked if a refund is possible.
After I had the email correspondence between Microsoft and forwarded me to Amazon, I received the next day an email from Amazon in the stand that I could return the product and I will get back my money.
That was far more than I expected, and Amazon has behaved here very accommodating and customer-friendly. A big thank you to Amazon at this point. 70 euros is a lot of money for a student.
After this experience, I can finally say that I will remain for many years loyal Amazon as a customer. In the Microsoft looks different.
I can only advise you to verify this hell: Let it alone and look for alternative you about the university or other software vendors.
Microsoft is interested in apparently not for his private clients.
