Customer Review

When the pan arrived I had something to smile ... for every housewife wants a wonderful weapon if "man" not parry!
Who gets on with the thing one will surely suffer a concussion!
But seriously: spoiled for citizens Teflon pan is this nothing! It is hard to be charged on the initial patient, looks a bit grubby, but is flat on our ceramic hob and we fabulously hot. The handle is only the front of the pan-sensitive hot, but later you can tackle well without burning the same hands. Since my wife and I such pans is know from our childhood all this normal and I really did get a little more home feeling with this great device. Transfigured as the nostalgic memories? A bit already!
However, my parents had been given such a pan to the wedding 45 years ago - and it still roasts wonderful today! You please show me a non-stick pan that day is in use after 45 years !!! Sure you need at the beginning a little more oil and patience in dealing because we are no longer accustomed to these devices, but with each use, the patina (ital. Patina thin layer of varnish is caused by natural or artificial aging surface, layered in the porous bottom of the pan be fat on.) stronger and better. So a pan, an object that is getting better by the constant use - wow! And at each cleaning mouse: nix scrub, scrub nix! Ok, the underbody I scrub from time to time so that the pan lies flat again with Ceranfeldreiniger.
At first I was a little unsure about the discoloration of the material, but after a few days use, the uncertainty has settled. I think important to me is to be mentioned that the pan, like any other, yet should not be overheated (so the patina is not burnt!) And should be always on the ground adapted large griddle so disfiguration nix.
IMPORTANT: You must read and follow the instructions carefully! A little tip: My pan was cleaned with cold cleaners easily and very easily accessible from this disgusting rust protection. Then with a lot of oil, a lot of potato peelings and much salt burned by the book. This procedure can be important so that residues from forging completely removed. Stinks a bit but not so wild. Have the exhaust hood made of and so the smell was the same there.

For better information, I have the instructions simply scanned times, so that you can quickly read through talk. Also there is a vivid video on youtube of Galileo on steel pans!
Thanks Albert Turk for this cheap gem !!!
