I have bought this leaven, because of, I was the otherwise used (Bio Vegan natural sourdough rye, liquid) and with which I am very happy, exceptionally sold. After a few tries with the Seitenbacher leaven I have to say: Never again! It seems inappropriate for rye breads from 50 percent rye content: The bread is soggy-sticky, tastes nothing like sourdough bread, but very bland, and can be very difficult to solve the dough hook of the breadmaker.
