Balanced Chili Sauce

The manufacturer (in California) did not do anything wrong here. The sharpness is pleasant and not too dominant: it can large quantities of the stuff come to court. Much sharper sauces have the disadvantage that they can be dispensed only in very small amounts, making the spicy, aromatic natural taste of chili peppers is lost.

Consistency is something thinner than ketchup.

The sauce tastes not add salt or MSG annoying.

Also well matched is the acid - it is here not to dominant vinegar taste.

Conclusion: For German taste the sauce should be regarded as "very sharp", but connoisseurs of Thai and (Asian cuisine in general) can use it only as a "medium hot" call. Priced the sauce is relatively cheap.
