I have compared various backpack speaker with battery operation - and this is clearly the best. First processing: A stable total impression to open easily and without Hakeln. Legal solid buttons, just such a well-to-use, removable battery, etc ....
Since there are all kinds of well-known manufacturers things that are much more difficult to operate and make a much more fragile impression.
And also the sound may none the trying out of my models the AS-63 hold a candle: The maximum volume is for "normal" applications (ie outside parties and thoroughfares) absolutely sufficient; even at "full untwisting" remain amplifier and speakers sovereign.
All relevant frequencies are balanced representation, a clear, differentiated, round sound pattern. They did not feel that somewhere "what is missing"; neither in the heights nor in the centers even in the depths.
However: You can not call it the Bass course 'tired'. Anyone who wants something, has to resort to greater. It really is not a problem if you do not want rumtragen's. For all but that just what they want to take away, the Hama AS-63 is a very good compromise.
Even with 1.2V battery, the device works well and long.
Incidentally, I have also tested the much-praised "JBL On Tour": I think he's clearly worse than the AS-63 from both the handling and the sound.
