Basically very good device with slight weaknesses

I can understand the negative reviews other with me only conditionally and forgive a fundamentally very good judgment. The included software also has led us only to problems. The range extender was still recognized at the first attempt by the software, and failed to set up only without giving any reason, then ran nothing more. The device was not even found.

Our solution was to bring up the IP address of the RE1000 directly. There was then read in a very good menu that RE had not connected to our home network. Why was not to investigate. After another device manually via WPS, all immediately ran flawlessly.

Since the device is outstanding and the range improvement is fantastic, at least in our notoriously poorly supplied house.
