The bag is basically well-made, beautiful and practical but unfortunately has a very wesentichen design flaw: The large side pockets are only closed with snaps; when the bag is only slightly heavier load (eg laptop, a MacBook Air with me) pull the handles on the side surfaces and the snaps of up put side pockets jump on. For me the snaps have been characterized so many demands ("worn out") that they no longer close. And with open side pockets loses the bag extremely in form and only looks like a sack. Thus, the bag is just 9 months of operation only in the closet.
