For the DVD, there are pros and cons. On the positive side, the pace is slow enough that the explanations can be tracked and adopt different postures. The picture quality is good, but not exceptional. The video uses by turns 3 models (two women and one man). Music (Indian) plunges us immediately into a relaxing atmosphere. On the negative side: only one problem, and it is size. The publisher has seen fit to try to protect her against DVD copying. Result, it is illegible on a computer, and blocks on most DVD players. I could try it in 4 different players, it is completely unreadable ("Disc error") in 2 of them, it is readable in part (except the last chapters) in a third, and correctly pass in the fourth player (a low-end Chinese, straw!) This recalls the first CD "protected" it was impossible to listen to his PC or his car radio ...
Without this, the DVD deserves 4 stars, but in view of this crippling defect, I do not give him one, which makes an average of 3 stars for the entire book + DVD.
