Very nice spatula. One must at the delivered item have a bit of luck that no knothole is and with even more luck, the grain be particularly beautiful. The spatula could be slightly thinner, then you could fold the things to be turned flat. In direct comparison with the DOM have Spatula made of olive wood (also available from Amazon) slightly better liked, the wood was beautiful (or was it just luck?).
