the normal on forest roads is perfect and through the mesh inserts is airy and yet provides support. Larger stones you realize of course already, but the sole is too thin, but great for normal terrain! I have read the insole out and ersätzt by a special from the sporting goods store. So I have more cushioning. Even without socks very comfortable to wear.
