I had a lot of thinking. Cast or not! Is indeed a question of faith, for me rather a useful question. Very much we do not burn, and therefore I do not ever wanted to store and haul a heavy part of Le Creuset or other. The Silargan variant was not for me, because there was only the glass cover and I think it's great when you can use the lid as a pan. In pans I love the coating but more than anything!
Thus, this roaster has come to us and we are very satisfied. The first were rolls and by roasting the bones, searing the Fleichsches, up to the sauce everything worked great.
